HOE DOWNLOAD IK DE XELION SOFTPHONE OP MIJN COMPUTER?
Windows
Op Windows installeer je de Xelion 7 softphone door te gaan naar https://softphone.xelion.com. Klik vervolgens op de ‘’7’’ en installeer het bestand wat zich opent. Zodra de installatie is afgerond, ga je naar je bureaublad en zie je daar een Xelion-icoontje genaamd ‘’Xelion Softphone’’. Open deze en je ziet het volgende loginscherm:
Van boven naar beneden:
- Gebruikersnaam
- Wachtwoord
- Hostnaam*
- Tenant naam*
MAC
Om Xelion 7 te kunnen gebruiken op je MAC dien je Java te hebben geïnstalleerd. Om je Xelion 7 te kunnen gebruiken voer je de server-URL* van de Xelion server in op je internet browser. Wanneer je op de 7 hebt geklikt, opent het inlogscherm. Log in met de gegevens die je van je Xelion beheerder hebt ontvangen en klik op Inloggen.
Audio Tips
- Gebruik waar mogelijk een headset. Eventueel van je spelcomputer of telefoon (als deze maar een microfoon bevat).
- Voor de beste gesprekskwaliteit dien je de headset direct aan te sluiten op je PC/laptop
* Indien niet bekend neem dan contact op met je IT beheerder.

HOE INSTALLEER IK DE XELION MOBIELE APP OP MIJN SMARTPHONE?
De Xelion 7 smartphone apps kun je downloaden in de App Store (voor IOS) of de Google Play Store (voor Android). Zodra je deze gedownload hebt, zie je het volgende loginscherm:
Gebruikersnaam & wachtwoord
Deze zijn identiek aan de gegevens waarmee je inlogt in de softphone. Je hebt deze van je Xelion beheerder* ontvangen.
Mobiel nummer
Vul hier het mobiele nummer in van je smartphone waarop je probeert in te loggen.
Hostnaam
Vul hier de hostnaam van de server in. Deze heb je ontvangen van je Xelion beheerder*.
Tenant
Bij tenant vul je de tenant naam in. Ook deze heb je van je Xelion beheerder*ontvangen.
*Vraag dit na bij je eigen IT-afdeling.
